Jennifer Williamson – Principal Solicitor

Jennifer has been in private practice as a Solicitor for over 30 years. As the Principal she manages a team of dedicated staff, committed to the very highest level of representation. Jennifer provides expert advice in all areas of our practice and ensures that clients receive representation at a fair price. In matters involving Court proceedings, Jennifer prides herself on ensuring you receive the very best advocate for the task, whilst at the same time not being financially penalised. She is a respected and long-standing member of the legal profession.

Kathryn Coles – Senior Conveyancer

Kathy has more than 30 years experience of conveyancing and has been working with Jennifer for over 15 years. Our return clients know Kathy does an excellent job in timely production of the documents, attention to detail and settlement on the due date. Residential conveyancing is something Kathy excels in and loves. Kathy pulls the difficult conveyancing matters together assisted by Jennifer.

Diya Bijoy – Solicitor

Diya was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2025 after graduating from QUT with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. She has a strong interest in estate planning and administration, as well as commercial law, and approaches her work with compassion and efficiency. Diya manages client matters from start to finish and ensures a smooth process through every stage. Diya is proficient in LEAP Legal Software and PEXA and regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay current with legal developments.

Alison Wu – Paralegal

Alison is currently completing a double degree in Law and Property Economics at Queensland University of Technology. As a Paralegal, she assists in conveyancing matters under the supervision of Kathy and provides support to Jennifer and Diya across a range of legal matters. Alison is developing a strong interest in property and succession law and brings a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to her work. Alison is often the first point of contact for clients, ensuring questions are answered promptly and matters are managed efficiently. Her friendly and approachable manner makes clients feel supported throughout every stage of the process. Outside of work, Alison enjoys staying active through tennis and gym workouts and exploring Brisbane's outdoor spaces and local events.
