Williamson & Associates is a legal practice based in Rocklea, Brisbane. We have been helping Queensland families and businesses with conveyancing, wills and estates, and notarial services for over 35 years.

We are a small practice by choice, with a team of five. Everyone working on a matter knows the file. You will not be passed to someone starting from scratch.

Our Approach

We explain each stage of a matter in plain language and tell you what to expect before it happens. If something arises that changes the picture, you hear about it promptly.

Our practice focuses on three areas: conveyancing, wills and estates, and notarial services. We have practised in all three for decades. That experience translates into fewer surprises, more direct answers, and work done correctly the first time.

Principal Solicitor

Jennifer Williamson

Jennifer Williamson has been in private practice as a solicitor for over 35 years and has led Williamson & Associates since its founding. She holds a Queensland Law Society accreditation as a specialist in property law.

In 2005 Jennifer was appointed as a Notary Public, allowing the firm to certify and authenticate documents for international use in-house. As principal, she sets the direction of the firm and remains across every matter it takes on.
