Our firm
Williamson & Associates is a legal practice based in Rocklea, Brisbane. We opened in Graceville more than 35 years ago and have helped Queensland families plan for what comes next ever since, whether the matter is a conveyance, a will, or an estate. The practice still works the way it always has with face-to-face conversations, a callback before close of business, and a small team that knows your file from start to finish. Whoever you speak to already knows where things stand; so when something urgent comes up you get the answer, not the explanation.
We work with integrity, delivering not just for you but for your family and loved ones. A conveyance, a will, or an estate is rarely a paperwork exercise and we do not treat it as one. Every matter is led by a solicitor who reviews what is in front of you and explains it in plain language. We catch problems before they become problems, and nothing arrives unannounced. The job is to make sure what is yours ends up in the right hands at the right time, in the way you intended.

Principal Solicitor
Jennifer Williamson has led Williamson & Associates since its founding more than 35 years ago. She came to estate law because she saw an opportunity to help people through grief. What she found, in practice, was that working through someone's estate often did more for grieving families than she could have predicted.
She is a Queensland Law Society accredited specialist in property law. Her conveyancing work covers residential transactions across the state.
In 2005 Jennifer was appointed as a Notary Public, allowing the firm to certify and authenticate documents for international use in-house. She has served as secretary of the Society of Notaries of Queensland and has handled complex matters at the intersection of succession and notarial law.
