Jennifer has been in private practice as a Solicitor for over 30 years. As the Principal she manages a team of dedicated staff, committed to the very highest level of representation. Jennifer provides expert advice in all areas of our practice and ensures that clients receive representation at a fair price. In matters involving Court proceedings, Jennifer prides herself on ensuring you receive the very best advocate for the task, whilst at the same time not being financially penalised. She is a respected and long standing member of the legal profession.
Kathy has more than 30 years experience of conveyancing and has been with Williamson and Associates for 15 years. Our return clients know Kathy does an excellent job in timely production of the documents, attention to detail and settlement on the due date. Residential conveyancing is something Kathy excels in and loves. Kathy pulls the difficult conveyancing matters together assisted by Jennifer.
Lauren Hocking – Law Clerk
Lauren is in her penultimate year of her law degree at Griffith University having been a valued member of Williamson and Associates since 2017. Lauren manages her own files in diverse areas of law supervised by Jennifer. Lauren has chosen Family Law as her specialty.
Shekufeh Moradian – Law Clerk
Shekufeh is in her penultimate year of her law degree at University of Queensland and has been a valued member of Williamson and Associates since 2018. Shekufeh assists Jennifer with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Practice Management. Shekufeh has chosen Criminal Law as her specialty.
Jaimee-Lee Holstein Associate
Jaimee-Lee Holstein has returned to Williamson and Associates after practicing in a busy National firm, where she worked in the Insurance, Commercial and Property Law industries since admission. During her time as a defendant insurance lawyer, she developed a special interest in personal injury and professional indemnity matters (particularly medical negligence). She is now combining her experience in the assessment of liability and risk, contract and personal property regimes with her passion for equestrian sports, and is busy developing an equine law practice at Williamson & Associates. Jaimee-Lee also enjoys the varied nature of the more generalist work she undertakes (including leasing, commercial and rural conveyances, wills, property damage and personal injury matters). She is a valued member of our team and she is looking forward to reconnecting with our clients.
